Using a Trail helps you systematically navigate and explore the vast landscape of meditative insights, providing you with achievable goals and practical techniques to integrate these insights into your everyday life.

Use the following table to figure out what Trail makes sense for you based on where you are right now in your journey through Everyday Enlightenment. You can use either the Beacon you are working on, or the Milestone you are at. You should also take a look at different Trails and Skills to see what looks interesting to you.
