The Realms of Everyday Enlightenment are traversed one by one, starting from the Realm of Enrollment and ending in the Realm of Enlightenment. The Realms themselves are conceptual, just a way of thinking about your journey. As you work on Trails, Guides and Lenses you'll notice yourself Awakening to the meditative concepts of Enlightenment, and continually be ready for more interesting and rewarding meditative practices.
