We eat so many times in a day, it's the perfect activity to blend into your Everyday Enlightenment practice. Try the following

  • Learning
    • Eating - Mindfulness - Be mindful while eating, let all your thoughts evaporate, and allow your Attention to center on the tastes, textures, and sounds of eating. Do a Body Scan but only on your mouth, throat, stomach, or any other part of your head or body that is contributing to the consuming process of eating.

    • Eating in The Instant - like the music exercise
