Everyday Enlightenment is intended to provide an extremely simple yet comprehensive framework for learning about Enlightenment, coupled with an extensive online toolkit that can be used by anyone, anytime, and eventually every day, all day as an approach to experiencing life.

There are many online resources about Enlightenment, but a niche that doesn't have a lot of presence online are resources that

  • Can be used by anyone, anytime, anywhere
  • Are primarily self-directed
  • Emphasize informal, rather than formal practices
  • Emphasize short, repetitive, limited exercises that form a tapestry of practice

Guiding Principles
