** Do not make or endorse claims that cannot be substantiated, such as supernatural claims

** Continual improvement to the exercises and explanations - and if something is broken fix it, no matter how big

** Anyone can use these exercises, regardless of their own path

** Exercises should be useful and accessible to a range of learners, including beginners and masters
