The idea of [[Special Composition]] is simply about recognizing that the world as we experience it is broken down into many, many arbitrary ways of conceptualizing how things work together or against each other.  By using [[Attention]] and [[Adaptation]] in the way we experience these systems, we start to find new meaning in the [[Association|Associations]] that will lead us to ways to [[Association#Unlearn the Self|Unlearn the Self]].
